At Plastic Furniture To Go, we want you to love your new patio furniture. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

30-Day Return Window

You may return most new, unused items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund, minus original shipping costs.

Eligibility Requirements

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unused, unassembled, and in original packaging

  • Proof of purchase (receipt or order number) is required

  • Items must be free of any damage not caused during shipping

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Custom orders or made-to-order furniture

  • Clearance or final sale items

  • Items damaged due to misuse or improper care

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@plasticfurnituretogo.com with:

  • Your order number

  • Photos of the damage

  • A brief description of the issue

We’ll replace the item or issue a refund at no cost to you.

How to Start a Return

To initiate a return, email us at info@plasticfurnituretogo.com with your order number and reason for return. We’ll provide instructions and a return shipping label (if applicable).

Return Shipping

  • If the return is due to our error (damaged, defective, wrong item), we’ll cover return shipping.

  • For all other returns, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Refunds

Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days after we receive and inspect your return.
